On June 22, 2018, we officially opened our new building in Jalovisko near Měnín. Let’s take a look at how our operations have evolved since then.
MVIA TEC – This is the place where refrigerators, freezers, and vending machines are refurbished by our skilled technicians. Just as these devices are renewed, our facilities also needed a significant upgrade.
Two years ago, we embarked on our most unique—and simultaneously most challenging—corporate teambuilding experience: relocating to our new address in Jalovisko near Měnín. The sweat, effort, and blisters are now distant memories, and we’re fully settled into our new home.
How Did Our First Full Season After the Move Go?
It was challenging, but that’s what keeps us motivated. Moving into the new space meant completely rethinking our workflows. Every internal process, from receiving customer requests to final delivery and order closure, was redesigned for greater efficiency.
All This Happened Without Interrupting Operations
The numbers for 2019 highlight our efforts. Our team of 20 technicians completed 15,500 repairs and prepared 8,400 new devices, serving key clients like Coca-Cola, Unilever, and Kofola.
We also focused on transforming our storage facilities, consolidating all inventory under one roof. The new hall’s height enabled us to implement modern equipment, including an automatic stacker with storage navigation. This advancement helped us receive and dispatch 64,000 devices—equivalent to about 1,200 truckloads.
Whether it was process optimization, spatial improvements, or enhanced communication between teams, modernization touched every aspect of our operations. Over the past two years, we’ve made significant strides, but our journey is far from over. There’s always more to achieve.
